Episode 3 - Roland Hairston

Roland T. Hairston, II began his firm as a solo practice with a simple vision to treat others the way he would want to be treated. Over a thousand cases and many years later, that vision remains the same.

Mr. Hairston has developed a hard-earned reputation for providing sage advice and strategic advocacy to clients throughout Middle Tennessee. No matter the complexity or posture of a case, Mr. Hairston prides himself on working to make sure each client feels seen and heard both in the office and in the courtroom.

Hairston & Associates' narrow focus on Family Law, Estate Planning and Probate cases has allowed the firm to have a depth of experience and relationship with the judges, clerks and other attorneys in Middle Tennessee. Having recently become a Rule 31 Listed Family Law Mediator, Mr. Hairston is now able to use his unique ability to help clients focus on what matters most in order to find resolution to the most pressing issues in their cases.

Roland lives in Nashville, TN with his wife and two kids. He enjoys watching sports and being an active member of his church.
